• Partial Deliveries: Products may be shipped in separate parts, meaning a single product could contain different components shipped separately from our warehouses in the Netherland, while some parts may be sent directly from abroad.

Our bean bags are delivered from two locations: some of the product is shipped from the Netherlands and some comes directly from abroad. If your product does not work as it should, you will receive a new one after we have inspected and confirmed it. You can receive your actdesignshop products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one.
