Packages are delivered separately to ensure delivery in optimal condition
The filling for your bean bag will be delivered soon. We try to deliver the cover and filling together, but sometimes this may vary due to size. If the filling hasn’t arrived after a few days, please wait patiently. You will receive the tracking information via email, and it can also be tracked on our website.
Many beanbags are too big to ship filled. Transport companies often do not allow full bean bags due to their size. By sending the filling and cover separately, we ensure that everything arrives at you safely and in optimal condition

Filling is easy and usually only takes a few minutes with two people.
Make sure you have room to move around so you can get started and keep other furniture out of the way.
