Delivery of Your Beanbag

At ActDesignShop, we ensure that your bean bag arrives in perfect condition. For this reason, we ship the bean bags unfilled, which prevents damage during transport and keeps the cover intact.

Our bean bag and filling are often shipped from multiple locations: part of it comes from the Netherlands, and other parts are sent directly from abroad. This allows us to offer you a wide range of the best quality products. We make every effort to ensure that all parts arrive on the same day. However, in some cases, the delivery may be slightly staggered, but the other part of the beanbag is usually already on its way and will be delivered to you soon.

Please note that the delivery time may vary slightly, but we ensure that you can enjoy your new bean bag as quickly as possible.

Return items

Easy Returns: You can return your product within 14 days of receipt without any reason. Simply fill out the return form to initiate the process.

We send you a new one for free!

If your product does not work as it should, you will receive a new one after we have inspected and confirmed it. You can receive your actdesignshop products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one.
