Please note that in such cases, the original processing time and delivery time will no longer apply. The total delivery time will be calculated by adding the production time and delivery time together.
• Partial Deliveries: Products may be shipped in separate parts, meaning a single product could contain different components shipped separately from our warehouses in the Netherland, while some parts may be sent directly from abroad.
• Track Your Order: You'll receive a Track & Trace code once your order has shipped.

The return period is 14 working days after receipt of your order, view our return policy here.

We send you a new one for free!

If your product does not work as it should, you will receive a new one after we have inspected and confirmed it. You can receive your actdesignshop products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one.
