Shipping Information:
- Free Shipping: Available for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Custom-made products may take 14-28 days to produce. The estimated production time for custom-made products is usually stated on the product page, and in that case, that timeline will apply. Please note that in such cases, the original processing time and delivery time will no longer apply. The total delivery time will be calculated by adding the production time and delivery time together.
- Partial Deliveries: Products may be shipped in separate parts, meaning a single product could contain different components shipped separately from our warehouse in the Netherlands, while some parts may be sent directly from abroad.
- Track Your Order: You'll receive a Track & Trace code once your order has shipped.
