Filling instructions
Read carefully — it is very important to follow these instructions before filling your beanbag.
Safety Precautions
- Keep all doors and windows closed while filling — the EPS beads are very light and can blow away easily.
- Do not fill near fans, heaters, or air vents.
- Keep children under 8 years old out of the room — the small EPS beads can pose a choking hazard.
- Keep pets away during the filling process.
- Avoid breathing in the EPS beads — fill in a well-ventilated area.
- Clean up spills immediately to prevent slipping or choking hazards.

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- Take the plastic bag with the filling out of the cardboard box. And unfold the box completely with the flaps down.
- Carefully pour the filling from the plastic bag into the cardboard box to make it easier to control.

Step 2: Prepare the beanbag cover
Open the zipper and pull the inner sleeve (or tube) out. Then open all Velcro straps and keep the sleeve/tube held open while filling.

Step 3: Fill the Beanbag Cover
- With two people (recommended for large beanbags):
Person 1: Hold the beanbag cover open.
Person 2: Slowly pour the filling from the box into the beanbag cover. - Pour slowly and evenly
Add the filling gradually to ensure the beanbag takes shape evenly.
Avoid dumping too quickly, as this can cause lumps or uneven sections.
Check fullness
Once the beanbag seems full, lift it up and gently shake or press it.
This helps the filling settle and ensures all corners are filled properly.
Add extra filling if needed
If you want a firmer beanbag, you can add extra beanbag fillings.
Make sure to distribute it evenly for consistent comfort.
Secure the cover
When the beanbag is full, close the cover tightly to prevent any fillings from escaping.
Double-check zippers or closures before using.
Tip
- Follow the manual step by step — do not start filling before reading it completely.
- Ensure the beanbag is fully closed before use.
