Shipping Information:

• Free Shipping: Available for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 
• Custom-made products may take 14-28 days to produce. The estimated production time for custom-made products is usually stated on the product page, and in that case, that timeline will apply. Please note that in such cases, the original processing time and delivery time will no longer apply. The total delivery time will be calculated by adding the production time and delivery time together.
• Partial Deliveries: Products may be shipped in separate parts, meaning a single product could contain different components shipped separately from our warehouse in the Netherlands, while some parts may be sent directly from abroad.
• Track Your Order: You'll receive a Track & Trace code once your order has shipped.

Return Information

• Return Period: You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

• Return Address: All returns must be sent to the Netherlands. The specific return address may vary depending on the situation.
• Bean Bags: Please note, bean bags may consist of multiple packages and could be delivered in multiple shipments.

Easy Returns: You can return your product within 14 days of receipt without any reason. Simply fill out the return form to initiate the process.

We send you a new one for free!

If your product does not work as it should, you will receive a new one after we have inspected and confirmed it. You can receive your actdesignshop products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one.
